Pickleball Costa Rica. We organize pickleball tours and now, tournaments  for those who want to see the beauty of Costa Rica and also stay fit playing pickleball.

Living here in Costa Rica year round, we know where the few play locations are and where the best places are to spend your time to see the "Real" Costa Rica.  We established the first courts and club in the country.

Tony is the USAPA International Ambassador to Costa Rica, with the intent to spread the sport here.

Pickleball is Great was created by Mike Hoxie in 2016 after determining that there was a need for tournament solutions that would provide time management improving the player experience at each tournament and to help each tournament run more smoothly. From past job experience he values the perspective of what the players feel.

Pickleball Is Great has now partnered with PickleballTournaments.com to bring you world class pickleball tournament management across the Pacific Northwest, including Hawaii, Alaska, and NOW, Costa Rica!

Tournament skill levels are for intermediate and advanced players.  Everyone will play in one of the two levels.  There are 3 events: Womens doubles, mens doubles, and mixed doubles.   There will be up to 4 days of competition play depending on weather and on the number of registered players.
