Deposits & Final Payments

DEPOSITS

A DEPOSIT OF $500 IS REQUIRED up to 60 days prior to the start of the tour to secure your booking.  

You may pay by Credit card through PayPal.  

The deposit is non-refundable; however, it can be applied to another tour in the future.

Required initial deposit to hold your place.

FINAL PAYMENT

AThe final payment balance is due 60 days prior to your tour start date.  If you register for the tour 60 days or less before the tour start date, full payment must be made.

CANCELLATIONS

If YOU must cancel sometime within the two months prior to the tour start date, a partial refund might be available depending on prior commitments to our vendors.

If WE must cancel the tour for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund.

JOINING OUR TOUR AT ANY TIME

You may join our tours at any time,  Please contact us first to make certain that there are rooms available and we are not over our tour capacity.
